DC reviews preparation measures for celebrating Pakistan Day in Musakhel

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Musakhel Abdul Razzaq Khajak chaired an important meeting regarding the organization of events and security arrangements across the district on the occasion of Pakistan Day (March 23).

Officers from various departments attended the meeting, where a detailed strategy was formulated to celebrate the March 23 celebrations in a dignified manner and ensure peace and order.

While issuing instructions, the DC said that Pakistan Day is a symbol of national unity, sacrifices and struggle, therefore this day should be celebrated with full national spirit.

He said that flag hoisting ceremonies, rallies, football matches and other programs would be organized in all government and private institutions, while the participation of students would also be ensured so that the spirit of patriotism is further strengthened in the new generation.

Abdul Razzaq Khajak, while issuing strict orders regarding security, said that security would remain on high alert across the district, additional personnel could be deployed at important places, government buildings and places of events.

He directed the police and Levies force to increase patrols and be ready at all times to deal with any untoward incident.

He added that the district administration is utilizing all resources to ensure the safety of life and property of the public, while citizens were also appealed to fully cooperate with the law enforcement agencies and immediately report any suspicious activity.

The Deputy Commissioner reiterated the resolve that the Pakistan Day celebrations would be celebrated peacefully, safely and with full national enthusiasm.
