GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Mar, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi chaired a meeting with a delegation of the Gujrat Chamber of Commerce and Industry to review traffic issues at Staff Gala and discuss measures for their resolution.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Saba Sahar, President of the Chamber Ahmed Hassan Mattoo, and other concerned officials attended the meeting.
During the meeting, it was decided to establish proper parking arrangements for motorcycles, Qingqi rickshaws, and handcarts under the Staff Gala bridge to improve traffic flow.
The deputy commissioner directed the Municipal Committee Gujrat to ensure implementation of the parking plan. She also instructed enforcement staff to impose fines on violators, while traffic police were directed to maintain smooth flow of traffic in the area.
