DIKhan Police arrest five suspects during search operation

Dera Ismail Khan, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Apr, 2026) Police in Dera Ismail Khan arrested four suspects, including a proclaimed offender in a murder case, during a search and strike operation in the limits of Panyala police station.

According to a police spokesman on Sunday, the operation was conducted under the supervision of SP Paharpur Iqbal Khan Baloch, with active participation of DSP Panyala Sardar Alamgir Khan and SHO Panyala.

During the operation, the police arrested Nasrullah, son of Soodad Khan, a resident of Abdul Khel, who had been absconding in a murder case.

A pistol along with six rounds of ammunition was recovered from his possession.

In addition, four other suspects Manwar, Mastoor, Muzaffar Khan, and Farmanullah residents of Panyala, were also taken into custody for their alleged involvement in aerial firing and other criminal activities.

Police said all suspects had been formally arrested and further legal proceedings were underway.

DSP Panyala Sardar Alamgir Khan stated that operations against criminal elements in the area would continue without discrimination.
