CHINIOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Mar, 2026) A meeting of the District Coordination Committee of the Home Department on Monday was held at the office of the Deputy Commissioner to review law and order, development initiatives, and public relief measures during the holy month of Ramadan.
Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Rizwan presided over the meeting, which was attended by DPO Dr. Naveed Atif, Pak Army Major Irtaza, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Muhammad Ahmar Ali, Assistant Commissioners, and officers of relevant departments. Meanwhile, officials from security agencies also joined the session via video link, ensuring broad participation and coordinated discussion on administrative matters.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner comprehensively briefed participants on the Ramadan convenience bazaar, ongoing district beautification efforts, development projects, and the price control mechanism.
She emphasized that the administration is actively and carefully monitoring these initiatives to provide timely relief to citizens and maintain orderly market conditions across the district.
Furthermore, DPO Dr. Naveed Atif presented a detailed briefing on the law and order situation and security arrangements. The meeting expressed strong satisfaction over the noticeable improvement in administrative and security matters; however, officials also issued further clear instructions to concerned departments to continue working diligently, efficiently, and proactively to ensure public safety and sustained development in the district.
