District Judge, DC Inspect Hospitals in Shikarpur

SUKKUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) The District and Sessions Judge Shikarpur and the Deputy Commissioner Shikarpur visited Lakhmi Chand Tek Chand (LT) Dispensary, commonly known as Donga Hospital and the Civil Hospital Shikarpur on Sunday.

During the visit, they inspected the NICVD and Thalassemia Center as well as the pediatric emergency ward.

The officials also inquired from patients about the availability of free medicines and the presence of doctors on duty.

The government medical store within the hospital was examined and the stock of available medicines was checked.

The District and Sessions Judge directed the MS of RBUT to ensure that patients receive all possible facilities on a priority basis and that staff attendance is strictly maintained. Instructions were also issued to uphold strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the hospital premises.
