FC man martyred in Lakki Marwat attack

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Jul, 2026) A Federal Constabulary (FC) personal was martyred in a terrorist attack in Shah Hasan Khel area of Lakki Marwat on Sunday.

According to police, the martyred FC man was identified as Bilqiaz, son of Mumtaz, a resident of Masti Khel. He was serving in the Balochistan Frontier Corps and was on leave at his home when the attack occurred.

Police said the soldier had gone to Shah Hasan Khel for personal work when terrorists opened fire on him, killing him on the spot.

The attackers managed to flee after the incident. Police have launched a search operation in the area to trace and arrest those responsible.

Police said that on the previous night, terrorists had blown up a girls' middle school in Shah Hasan Khel using explosives. Security has since been further tightened across the area following the two incidents.
