Federal Ombudsman reviews regional office performance

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Mar, 2026) The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat office in Lahore held a monthly performance review meeting on Thursday, where Member In-Charge Waqas Ali Mahmood assessed the working of the Regional Office Lahore.

During the meeting, officers briefed the member in-charge on workload management and case disposal figures of the Lahore regional office.

Special focus remained on the implementation of decisions and progress on pending matters.

Waqas Ali Mahmood directed officers concerned to ensure effective enforcement of decisions and remove hurdles in the implementation process without delay.

He also appreciated the overall performance of the regional office and urged officers to continue serving the public with dedication and commitment.
