ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd May, 2026) The prices of gold decreased in the local market on Saturday, with 24 karat gold per tola falling by Rs 200 to settle at Rs 483,762 compared to Rs 483,962 on the previous trading day, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold declined by Rs 172 to Rs 414,747 from Rs 414,919, whereas 10 grams of 22 karat gold went down by Rs 158 to Rs 380,198 against Rs 380,356.
In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $2 to $4,614 per ounce from $4,616.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs 193 to Rs 8,014 from Rs 7,821, while the price of 10 grams of silver also rose by Rs 165 to Rs 6,870 from Rs 6,705.
The price of silver in the international market increased by $1.93 to $75.30 per ounce from $73.37.
