Gold prices increase by Rs 3,000 per tola

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Apr, 2026) The prices of gold increased in the local market on Friday, with 24 karat gold per tola rising by Rs 3,000 to settle at Rs 497,662 compared to Rs 494,662 on the previous trading day, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold increased by Rs 2,572 to Rs 426,664 from Rs 424,092, whereas 10 grams of 22 karat gold went up by Rs 2,357 to Rs 391,122 against Rs 388,765.

In the international market, the price of gold increased by $30 to $4,753 per ounce from $4,723.

Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs 130 to Rs 8,014 from Rs 7,884, while the price of 10 grams of silver also increased by Rs 111 to Rs 6,870 from Rs 6,759.

The price of silver in the international market increased by $1.30 to $75.30 per ounce from $74.00.
