Governor meets businessmen delegation

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jul, 2026) Thr Governor of Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi met a delegation of the Businessmen Group at the Governor House, led by Chairman Zubair Motiwala.

The delegation included SITE Association President Abdul Rehman Fudda, former Karachi Chamber President Javed Bilwani, and other members.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the pivotal role of the business community in strengthening the national economy, increasing exports and promoting industrial development. They also held detailed discussions on industry, trade, investment, exports, the implementation of a one-window operation, and the provision of greater facilities and ease of doing business for industrialists.

Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi said that the Federal Government is taking practical measures to promote investment, improve the ease of doing business and facilitate the industrial sector.

He added that resolving the issues faced by industrialists, enhancing industrial production, boosting exports and creating employment opportunities remain among the government's top priorities.

The delegation appreciated the efforts of Governor Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi in promoting industry and trade and assured him of their full cooperation.

On the invitation of Zubair Motiwala, Governor Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi accepted an invitation to visit the SITE Industrial Area and said that maintaining regular engagement with industrialists and visiting industrial zones would help achieve effective and long-term solutions to their concerns.
