Govt. increases petroleum prices by Rs 26.77 per litre

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2026) The Government on Friday announced a significant increase in petroleum product prices for the upcoming week, effective from April 25, 2026.

According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), the price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has been raised by Rs 26.

77 per litre, increasing from Rs 353.42 to Rs 380.19 per litre.

Similarly, the price of Motor Spirit (petrol) has also been increased by Rs 26.77 per litre, rising from Rs 366.58 to Rs 393.35 per litre.

The revised prices will come into effect on April 25 and will remain applicable for the next review period.
