HCSTSI asks members to seek renewal before Mar 31

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Mar, 2026) The Secretary General of the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry, Furqan Ahmed Lodhi, has informed all members that the membership for the year 2025–2026 will expire on March 31, 2026.

In a circular issued here on Saturday, he conveyed to all members that they should renew their membership as the HCSTSI was the only chamber in Hyderabad which was duly registered and licensed with the Federal Ministry of Commerce and the Directorate General of Trade Organizations (DGTO).

According to him, under the Trade Organizations Act and Rules, 2013, as well as as per the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Chamber, it was mandatory for all members to renew their membership by March 31 every year.

He apprised that a large number of respected members had already renewed their membership in a timely manner.

Lodhi said the members were supposed to pay the membership fee and submit a copy of the Income Tax Return for the year 2025 as both were mandatory.

The General Secretary warned that after the deadline the memberships which would not be renewed would be considered terminated in accordance with DGTO regulations.

The late renewal, he added, would entail a late fee.
