Health authority announces recruitment for anti-dengue campaign staff

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Mar, 2026) The District Health Authority Rawalpindi has invited applications for temporary staff to support ongoing anti-dengue operations across the district.

According to the CEO health authority, Dr. Ehsan Ghani, a total of 62 positions of sanitary patrol (male and female) are available on a contingent paid basis. Candidates aged between 18 and 35 years with at least an intermediate qualification are eligible to apply.

"The recruitment is part of our efforts to strengthen field monitoring and prevention measures ahead of the dengue season", he said, adding that selected candidates will be deployed in various union councils for surveillance, awareness, and reporting tasks.

Dr Ghani further said the hiring aims to enhance preparedness and ensure effective implementation of anti-dengue measures across Rawalpindi.

To question, he said that an advertisement in this regard has been published in the newspaper. He urged the eligible candidates to apply and become a part of the dynamic team of the health department.
