HESCO Mirpurkhas holds ceremony to mark anniversary of “Marka-e-Haq”

A dignified ceremony was held on Tuesday at the HESCO Circle Office in Mirpurkhas to celebrate the grand success and first anniversary of “Marka-e-Haq,” where officials and employees paid tribute to Pakistan’s armed forces and reaffirmed national solidarity

MIRPURKHAS, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th May, 2026) A dignified ceremony was held on Tuesday at the HESCO Circle Office in Mirpurkhas to celebrate the grand success and first anniversary of “Marka-e-Haq,” where officials and employees paid tribute to Pakistan’s armed forces and reaffirmed national solidarity.

The event was organized under the supervision of Superintending Engineer Amir Ahmed Memon, who also cut a commemorative cake during the ceremony. Executive Engineer Amjad Sheikh, SDOs from various subdivisions, representatives of the WAPDA Hydroelectric Labour Union, and a large number of HESCO employees attended the gathering. Participants raised spirited slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pakistan Army Zindabad.”

Addressing the ceremony, Amir Ahmed Memon said Pakistan’s armed forces were the guarantors of the country’s security, sovereignty and stability, adding that they remained fully prepared to counter all external threats.

He said the sacrifices made by the Pakistan Army for the nation would always be remembered and honored.

He further stated that the success of “Marka-e-Haq” reflected the professional excellence, courage and strategic capabilities of Pakistan’s armed forces. Praising Field Marshal Syed Hafiz Asim Munir, he said the military leadership’s professionalism and bravery were being acknowledged internationally, which had become a source of pride for the nation. Special prayers were offered at the conclusion of the ceremony for Pakistan’s security, stability and the elevation of the ranks of martyrs.
