Hotel Manager accused of sexual assault of woman nabbed during crackdown

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd May, 2026) Police have arrested a hotel manager who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman multiple times and later kidnapped her newborn daughter. The infant girl has been safely recovered, police confirmed.

According to police spokesperson, the victim had been staying in a room at the suspect’s hotel.

The manager is accused of subjecting her to repeated sexual assault and arranging for several other men to assault her.

The woman later became pregnant and gave birth to a baby girl. Following the birth, the accused allegedly kidnapped the newborn and continued to sexually assault the mother.

The case was registered two days ago on the complaint of the victim woman. Acting swiftly on the report, Pirwadhai police launched an operation and arrested the suspect. The infant was recovered from his custody.

SP Rawal Saad Arshad said the police utilized all available resources to trace and apprehend the accused. “The detainee will be challaned in court with solid evidence,” the SP stated, adding that the suspect would be punished according to law.

The raids are currently underway to arrest the other accomplices involved in the crimes, he added.
