IGP Rizvi chairs meeting on training, orders improved investigation standards

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2026) Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi chaired an important meeting at Capital Police College Islamabad to review training systems and capacity building of police personnel.

An official told APP on Thursday that the meeting focused on improving training standards, enhancing staff capacity and strengthening service delivery at police stations.

IGP Rizvi issued directions to further improve physical fitness, investigation standards and professional ethics of officers.

Rizvi emphasized modern training methods and continuous professional development to improve policing performance.
