IHC adjourns Aleema Khan's plea against FIA notice

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Mar, 2026) The court of Justice Inaam Ameen Minhas of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday adjourned the hearing on Aleema Khanum’s petition against the Federal Investigative Agency call-up notice due to the unavailability of a lawyer.

During the hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, upon which the court adjourned the hearing without taking any action.
