Illegal water, juice factory raided in Khanpur, large quantity of fake products seized

KHANPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Mar, 2026) In a joint operation based on a report received by the Assistant Commissioner Khanpur, the District Administration and Halal food Authority on Friday conducted a raid on a water and juice factory located in Tarnawa, Khanpur.

During the inspection, the authorities discovered that the factory was producing fake and non-branded juices.

Additionally, water was being filtered without any legal registration or approval from relevant authorities, posing a serious threat to public health.

A significant quantity of prepared juice, raw materials, and other suspicious items were seized during the operation, and the factory premises were sealed immediately.

The District Administration warned that strict and unbiased action will continue against those endangering public health. Further legal proceedings are currently underway.
