In his statement on Friday, Mohsin Naqvi lauded the professional competence of the officers and sailors of the Pakistan Navy, noting that their swift response and exemplary humanitarian commitment reflect the highest traditions of the force.

He said the Navy’s ship, PNS Hameen, demonstrated exceptional skill by conducting an effective search-and-rescue operation under challenging conditions.

“The Pakistan Navy’s professional approach is truly commendable,” the Interior Minister added.

Congratulating the entire Pakistan Navy team, Naqvi highlighted that crew members from China, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other countries were rescued safely—an achievement that underscores Pakistan’s dedication to international humanitarian responsibilities.

He reaffirmed that such actions had strengthened Pakistan’s reputation as a responsible maritime nation committed to protecting lives at sea.
