Kahuta Police recovered three rented vehicles from criminals

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th May, 2026) Kahuta Police have recovered three rented vehicles during a major operation against a gang involved in criminal breach of trust cases and arrested the gang leader along with his accomplice, police said on Friday.

According to a police spokesperson, the accused allegedly rented vehicles from citizens on trust and later absconded with them.

During the operation, police recovered three vehicles that had been taken from citizens under the pretext of rental arrangements.

Police officials said the suspects had been wanted by law enforcement agencies for the past month.

The arrests were made through technical and human intelligence-based operations conducted by Kahuta Police.

SP Saddar Anam Sher commended the police team for their swift action and professionalism and stated that the arrested suspects would be challaned in court with solid evidence to ensure legal action against them.
