KPEZDMC, UoP join hands to strengthen collaboration

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Jul, 2026) A delegation from the University of Peshawar (UoP) called on Chief Executive Officer

(CEO) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development Management Company (KPEZDMC) Shaharyar Gul to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and explore initiatives for the branding and beautification of Peshawar Economic Zone.

Recognizing the role of well-designed industrial spaces in creating an attractive and investor-friendly environment, both sides agreed to develop a Memorandum of Understanding.

The University will also submit proposals for branding and beautification initiatives within the Zone.

The delegation subsequently visited Peshawar Economic Zone to assess the site and identify areas for collaboration.

The meeting was attended by the Director ORIC, Director business Incubation Centre

and senior faculty members from the Departments of Fine Arts and Home Economics. APP/APP/aqk
