Man killed, woman injured in road accident

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Apr, 2026) A motorcyclist was killed and a woman was injured when a speeding car hit their bike near Chak Jhumra on Friday.

According to Rescue-1122, a speeding car coming from the wrong direction hit a two-wheeler.

As a result, a motorcyclist Muhammad Parvez Akbar, son of Muhammad Aziz (53) died on-the-spot, while a woman pillion-rider, Saima Sufyan, wife of Ali Akbar (32), suffered minor injuries.

Rescue team handed over the body to police and the injured woman was provided the first aid.
