May 18 deadline for animal hides collection applications

LAYYAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Apr, 2026) The district administration has announced that May 18, 2026, will be the final date for submitting applications to obtain permission for collecting sacrificial animal hides in District Layyah during Eid-ul-Adha.

According to a notification issued by Additional Deputy Commissioner General Layyah, Shabbir Ahmad Dogar on Friday, all organizations intending to collect sacrificial hides must submit their applications within the stipulated deadline.

Applicants are required to attach essential documents with their applications, including a copy of the organization’s registration certificate, a copy of the applicant’s national identity card, an affidavit, and details of any previous approvals granted for hide collection activities.

The administration has directed that four complete sets of all required documents must be submitted during official office hours. Authorities have clarified that applications received after the deadline will not be entertained under any circumstances.

The initiative aims to ensure transparent regulation and proper management of sacrificial hide collection activities across the district during Eid-ul-Adha.
