Motorcyclist killed,two injured in GT road collision

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jun, 2026) A motorcyclist was killed while two others sustained injuries in a collision between two motorcycles near the Edhi Centre on GT Road,rescue officials said on Saturday.

According to Rescue 1122 sources,Muhammad Afaq(24),r/o Mohalla Faizabad died on the spot after his motorcycle collided with another bike and subsequently crashed into a roadside footpath.

Rescue officials said the two individuals riding the other motorcycle were also injured in the accident.

However,they were shifted from the scene in a private ambulance before rescue teams arrived.

The rescue team later moved the body to Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Hospital in the presence of police for medico-legal formalities.

Police were looking into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
