NCHD,UoS organize training workshop for ‘Each one,Teach one Program’:

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Jul, 2026) The National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), in partnership with the Institute of Education at the University of Sargodha, organized a one-day training workshop under the Prime Minister's "Each One, Teach One" initiative to promote basic literacy and improve education rates. The event brought together university officials, NCHD representatives, faculty members, master trainers, and students.

As part of the initiative, 68 University of Sargodha students received specialized training to contribute to the national literacy campaign through voluntary teaching.

Speakers emphasized that the program equips students to play an active role in expanding educational access, particularly in underserved communities, while fostering social responsibility.

Addressing the workshop, university and NCHD officials highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts in tackling the country's literacy challenges. They noted that previous phases of the campaign had produced encouraging results and reaffirmed the university administration's commitment to supporting the initiative in pursuit of national literacy and development goals.
