NTUF holds rally to mark anniversary of Marka-e-Haq victory

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2026) The National Textile University Faisalabad (NTUF) organised a special solidarity rally to mark anniversary of Marka-e-Haq victory (Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos) and pay tribute to Pakistan armed forces.

Prof. Dr. Rashid Masood, Rector/Vice Chancellor of NTUF led the rally which a large number of university students and faculty members participated in it.

Addressing the participants, Dr. Masood said that the remarkable victory achieved by the armed forces under Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos remains a matter of pride for the entire nation.

“The Pakistan Armed Forces have once again proven, through their unparalleled bravery, sacrifices, and professionalism, that they are always prepared to defend the country’s soil and borders against any threat”, he said.

“This victory is not merely a military operation, but an ideological and moral triumph that has crushed the designs of terrorism”, he added.

Dr. Masood urged students and teachers to sustain this spirit of solidarity with defense institutions and to give top priority to national security.

Paying homage to the martyrs and their families, he said Pakistan’s prosperity and security are indebted to their great sacrifices.

NTUF Dean Dr. Zafar Javed, Rao Saqib, Madam Tobassum Latif, Madam Nida Ramzan, Madam Nadia Shameem, Amjad Ali Naz, Malik Umair, Shahab Ali, Public Relations Officer Sardar Parvez Akhtar and others also attended the rally.
