RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Apr, 2026) Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted three operations in different cities, arresting four drug suppliers, including a woman, and recovered more than 13 kilograms of drugs worth more than Rs1.2 million.
In Karachi, ANF intercepted a parcel at a courier office and recovered 1.5 kg of ice (crystal meth) hidden inside hockey balls. The parcel was being sent to New Zealand.
A supplier was arrested during the operation.
In Peshawar, near Karkhano Market, ANF recovered 7.2 kg of drugs concealed in three pressure cookers from two smugglers riding a motorcycle.
In another operation near Sangjani Toll Plaza in Islamabad, 4.6 kg of drugs was recovered from a female passenger.
Cases have been registered under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA) 1997 and further investigations are in progress.
