PAMRA to improve sewerage system in vegetable, fruit market

The Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) has initiated steps to improve the sewerage system at the fruit and vegetable market in Sargodha on the special directions of deputy commissioner

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Apr, 2026) The Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) has initiated steps to improve the sewerage system at the fruit and vegetable market in Sargodha on the special directions of deputy commissioner.

According to a press release issued by DC office, PAMRA engineer Javed Aslam visited the fruit and vegetable market to assess the condition of sewerage infrastructure. He reviewed issues related to drainage, road rehabilitation, and other essential development works.

He said the process of preparing initial cost estimates for the proposed improvements is also started to ensure timely execution of the development projects.

Secretary Market Committee was also present on the occasion.
