RAWALPINDI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-March 28th, 2026) Peshawar Zalmi created history in the HBL Pakistan Super League Season 11 by recording the highest successful run chase in T20 cricket without any individual half-century.

Zalmi chased down a daunting 215-run target against a Rawalpindi-based side, reaching 218 runs to secure a remarkable victory.

With this achievement, Zalmi surpassed the previous world record of 214 runs, set in Major League Cricket by Washington against Los Angeles, which was also accomplished without a fifty.

The performance also set a new benchmark in Pakistan’s domestic cricket, as it became the highest team total without any player scoring a half-century.

Earlier, Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators jointly held the domestic record with scores of 209 runs each without any individual fifty.
