SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2026) On the directions of the competent authority, Mr. Muhammad Shafqat Ullah Awan, consultant Media & Focal Person PHA Sargodha, accompanied by Mr. Ali Hassan Rana, Deputy Director PHA Sargodha, and Dr. Hafiz Tayyab Khan, Tree Officer PHA Sargodha, conducted a detailed visit to the Railway Road Green Belt to inspect ongoing horticultural activities, plantation work, maintenance standards, and cleanliness arrangements.
During the visit, the officers thoroughly reviewed the condition of the green belt, including grass maintenance, seasonal plantation, tree growth, irrigation arrangements, and overall beautification efforts. The team expressed satisfaction over the progress of plantation and directed the field staff to further enhance maintenance activities to ensure a healthy and attractive environment for the public.
The officers also walked along the public pathway adjacent to the residential areas and met with local residents and community members. Citizens appreciated the efforts of PHA Sargodha in improving the green spaces and shared valuable suggestions regarding additional plantation, cleanliness measures, and public facilities.

Speaking on the occasion, PHA officials reiterated their commitment to enhancing the city's green infrastructure and encouraged citizens to cooperate with PHA in protecting public parks, green belts, and plantation sites.
