PHC promotes thirteen civil judges/illaqa qazis

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Jul, 2026) Peshawar High Court (PHC) has promoted thirteen Civil Judges/Illaqa Qazis (BPS-18) to posts of Senior Civil Judges/A'alla Illaqa Qazis (BPS-19) with immediate effect.

According to an official notification issued by Registrar PHC on Saturday, promotions have been made under provisions of KP Judicial Service Rules, 2001 on recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting.

The officers promoted include Sareer Shah, Salman Nadir Muhammad, Syed Furqan Mashwani, Murtaza Khan, Muhammad Farooq Ahmad, Muhammad Ikram, Muhammad Imtiaz, Mazhar Ali Khan, Sadiq Ullah, Abdul Haleem, Ms. Alia Bibi, Muhammad Waqar, and Alam Zeb Khan.
