PMD predicts rains in Punjab

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd May, 2026) Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted intermittent rains in various districts of Punjab including the provincial capital from Sunday.

According to the PMD, there are chances of cloudburst in the city as well.

In view of the possible rains, the PDMA has issued an alert and directed the relevant agencies to stay alert.

According to the PMD report, the minimum temperature is likely to reach 24 and the maximum 38 degrees Celsius in the next 24 hours.
