Police officials honoured for outstanding performance in DI Khan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) The police officers and personnel in the district on Tuesday were awarded with commendation certificates and cash prizes in recognition of their outstanding performance and dedication to duty.

According to police spokesman, District Police Officer Dera Ziauddin Ahmed distributed the awards during a ceremony held to acknowledge officers and officials who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency in the line of duty.

Among those appreciated on the occasion were DSP City Malik Abid Iqbal, the in-charge of DSB Operational Staff and other members of the DSB team for their notable contributions.

The initiative is aimed at boosting the morale of officers and recognising their hardwork and commitment, encouraging them to continue performing their duties with dedication and zeal.

It was also reiterated that merit and performance remained key priorities within the police department and that the process of recognizing outstanding service would continue in the future.

At the end of the ceremony, officers and personnel were urged to uphold professionalism, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility while carrying out their duties.
