As part of the ongoing events, exciting tug of war and kabaddi competitions were held in the Gujranwala Region, where teams from various districts displayed excellent sportsmanship and competitive spirit.

City Police Officer (CPO) Gujranwala, Sardar Ghias Gul, attended the event as chief guest and appreciated the outstanding performance of the players.

According to details, the Gujranwala team secured first position in both tug of war and kabaddi competitions, while Gujrat team stood second.

In the women’s tug of war event, Gujrat team clinched first position, whereas Gujranwala team secured second place.

At the conclusion of the competitions, prizes were distributed among the winning teams and players for their remarkable performances.

Inspector General of Police Punjab, Abdul Kareem, congratulated the winning teams and players, stating that Punjab Police athletes were demonstrating excellent performance in sports activities. He said that such events help promote teamwork, discipline and a healthy spirit of competition within the police force.
