Ration distributed among 100 christian families in ceremony

KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jun, 2026) A ceremony here on Tuesday was organised by the Pakistan Christian Arts Council to distribute ration packages to 100 deserving Christian families, widows and people with disabilities, the organisers said.

The event, held at Millennium Guest House Hall under the leadership of council President, Riaz Rahi, was chaired by retired Brigadier Talat Imtiaz Naqvi.

Assistant Commissioner Kohat, Mukhtar Ali Shah and Pakistan Muslim League-N leader and social worker, Muhammad Yaqoob Khan attended the ceremony.

The ceremony began with a prayer led by Qadir Waseem Rahat.

Riaz Rahi, alongside the invited guests, handed over ration packages to beneficiaries as part of an initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable households within the Christian community.
