Rescue 1122 saves sacrificial animal from deep pit

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th May, 2026) Rescue 1122 Faisalabad safely rescued a sacrificial animal from a deep pit near Chak 219/R-B Sher Singh Wala Jhang Road.

Rescue 1122 spokesman said here on Tuesday that the sacrificial animal became uncontrollable and accidentally fell into the deep pit, creating panic among local residents and the animal owner.

Soon after receiving information about the incident, Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the site and launched an immediate rescue operation to save the animal.

The rescue personnel carried out professional emergency response measures and successfully pulled the animal out of the pit without causing any injury.

The timely response and coordinated efforts of the rescue team helped avert a possible loss to the owner ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

The owner of the animal, Shahid son of Adil, a resident of Chak 219/R-B, appreciated the prompt action of Rescue 1122 Faisalabad and thanked the rescue staff for safely recovering the sacrificial animal, spokesman added.
