RPO hold Khuli Katchery to address public complaints

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd May, 2026) Regional Police Officer (RPO) Rawalpindi Region Babar Sarfraz Alpa held an open court (khuli katchery) at the regional office to address public complaints here on Saturday.

According to police spokesperson, citizens from across the Rawalpindi Region including Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, and Murree attended the meeting and submitted their applications regarding various issues.

The RPO carefully reviewed the complaints and directed the relevant officers to take action in accordance with the law and submit reports within a stipulated timeframe.

Speaking on the occasion, RPO Babar Sarfraz Alpa said that, in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, open courts are being held on a daily basis to ensure the provision of justice to citizens.

He emphasized that prompt redressal of public complaints related to police matters is being ensured. He further directed all concerned officers to prioritize resolving citizens’ grievances and to improve the standard of public service delivery.
