PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Apr, 2026) Unknown armed assailants looted Rs 14.2 million from an oil company owner in a major robbery incident near Colonel Sher Interchange on the motorway within the limits of Nowshera, police said on Thursday.
According to local police, the incident occurred near China Zone on the motorway in the jurisdiction of Misri Banda Police Station, where unidentified suspects intercepted the victim and snatched cash amounting to Rs 14.2 million.
The robbers managed to escape from the scene after committing the crime.
Police have registered a case at Misri Banda Police Station and launched an investigation to trace and apprehend the culprits.
