RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th May, 2026) Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) organized a rally to mark the first anniversary of “Ma’raka-e-Haq” to express solidarity with the Pak Armed Forces.
The rally was led by board of Directors members Hafiz Abdullah Butt and Tanveer Akhtar Sheikh, with active participation from a large number of RWMC officers, staff, sanitation workers, citizens, and people from various walks of life.
Participants carried national flags, banners, and placards highlighting messages of unity, patriotism, and support for the Pak Armed Forces.
The rally echoed with slogans in favour of the armed forces, national security, and the country’s leadership, while participants enthusiastically chanted “Pakistan Zindabad.”
Earlier, a special prayer ceremony was held at the RWMC Head Office, where prayers were offered for the security, stability and prosperity of Pakistan, as well as for the success and honour of the armed forces.
Tributes were also paid to the martyrs of Pakistan in recognition of their sacrifices for the defence of the country.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Speaking on the occasion, Hafiz Abdullah Butt described “Ma’raka-e-Haq – Bunyaan-ul-Marsoos” as a significant chapter in Pakistan’s military history, stating that it reflects the nation’s unwavering unity and steadfast support for its armed forces.
He said that the Pak Armed Forces, through professionalism and courage, effectively countered hostile designs and strengthened national pride.
In his remarks, Tanveer Akhtar Sheikh, said that the entire nation stands united for the security and sovereignty of Pakistan.
He stressed that the sacrifices of the armed forces are unforgettable and called for instilling the values of unity, patriotism, and sacrifice in future generations.
Other speakers also paid rich tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces, reaffirming that the nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its brave soldiers and will continue to contribute towards the country’s progress, stability, and development at every level.
