SAU announces closure on Eid-ul-Fitr and Pakistan Day

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Mar, 2026) Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam and its affiliated campus and college will remain closed on March 20 and 21 on account of Eid-ul-Fitr, and on March 23 in observance of Pakistan Day.

According to a notification issued by the Additional Registrar, the university, its sub-campus in Umerkot and the Agriculture Management Sciences College Khairpur Mirs will observe holidays on Friday and Saturday (March 20–21) for Eid-ul-Fitr, and on Monday (March 23) for Pakistan Day.

During the holidays, concerned officials have been directed to ensure security arrangements as per internal plans, while sanitation staff will continue to perform their routine duties.
