SCCI president joins ministry meeting on business reforms

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th May, 2026) Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) President Syed Ahtesham Mazhar participated in an online meeting organized by the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives.

The meeting brought together exporters and industrial stakeholders to discuss key challenges impacting the business community, particularly regulatory bottlenecks, bureaucratic frictions, and delays in administrative processes that increase the cost and complexity of doing business.

The discussions also focused on identifying policy reforms and actionable solutions to support industrial growth and export competitiveness.

Syed Ahtesham Mazhar emphasized the importance of continuous engagement between policymakers and the business community to address operational hurdles and create a more business-friendly environment for exporters and industries across Pakistan.
