Security Forces kill 27 khwarij in IBOs in Miran Shah

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Jun, 2026) In a continuation of a series of intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in the general area of Miran Shah, North Waziristan, security forces have killed 27 khwarij belonging to the Indian-sponsored Fitna al Khwarij during the last 72 hours.

“Following intense fierce exchanges of fire, in last seventy two hours, twenty seven khwarij belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna-al-Khwarij have been sent to hell, “ said a news release issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Weapons and ammunition have also been recovered from killed Indian sponsored Khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities and target killing of innocent civilians.

“By neutralising this group of killed Khwarij the heinous act of target killing of prominent figure Shaheed Malik Saifullah Dawar in Miran Shah has been avenged and perpetrators have been brought to justice,’ the news release said.

“Sanitization operations continue to eliminate holed up khwarij from these areas, as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country,” it further said.
