ATTOCK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th May, 2026) Managing Director of the Suthra Punjab Program and Anil Saeed on Tuesday visited various parts of the city to review Eid-ul-Adha cleanliness arrangements under the special directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
During the visit, special shopping bags were distributed among citizens for the safe disposal of sacrificial animal waste and remains. Residents were advised to hand over the filled bags to sanitation staff for timely collection and proper disposal to help maintain cleanliness and protect the environment from pollution during the Eid holidays.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Speaking to residents in different localities, Anil Saeed said the Government of Punjab had made comprehensive arrangements to ensure an effective sanitation system across the district. He said teams of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) and the Suthra Punjab Program would remain active throughout Eid-ul-Adha to collect waste at designated times, urging citizens to cooperate with authorities and avoid dumping waste in open areas.
