Thanksgiving rally held in Tando Adam to mark success of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos

SANGHAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th May, 2026) A thanksgiving rally was held in Tando Adam under the aegis of NPCIHA Sanghar district to commemorate the first anniversary of the success of “Marka-e-Haq” and Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos.

The rally started from the district secretariat and culminated at the Tando Adam Press Club. It was led by NPCIHA provincial vice-president Mazhar Hussain Chandio and district president Gulbahar Khaskheli.

A large number of office-bearers, workers and citizens participated in the rally, including Daniyal Khalji, Shaheed Benazirabad vice-chairman Nasir Qureshi, Rana Sadaqat, Hyderabad division president Sachal Buriro, Sajjad Khaskheli, Teerath Mal, Imtiaz Thaheem, Babu Pali and Paroo Mal.

Participants carried national flags and banners, while drum beats, traditional dances and distribution of sweets added to the celebratory atmosphere.

Citizens welcomed the organisers by garlanding them and raised slogans in favour of Pakistan and the armed forces.

Addressing the participants, speakers said the success of Marka-e-Haq and Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos reflected the professionalism, courage and sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces as well as the unity of the nation.

They said the armed forces had thwarted the enemy’s hostile designs and ensured the country’s defence, making the entire nation proud.

The speakers reiterated that the people of Pakistan stood shoulder to shoulder with their armed forces and would make every sacrifice for the country’s security and stability. They added that the purpose of observing the day was to pay tribute to the armed forces for their unmatched sacrifices and services for national security
