MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Mar, 2026) Unknown burglars stormed into a house in Chowk Sarwar Shaheed and escaped with gold jewelry and cash worth millions of rupees.
According to details, the incident occurred in the Haji Abad locality of the town where unidentified thieves targeted the house of Ajmal Khan during the night.
The suspects allegedly entered the house under the cover of darkness and took away a locked box kept inside a room.
The victim stated that the box contained five tolas of gold jewelry worth approximately Rs2.5 million along with Rs400,000 in cash. The thieves managed to flee the scene after taking the valuables.
Upon receiving information, the police reached the site, inspected the scene, and initiated an investigation into the incident.
