Two drug paddlers held

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Apr, 2026) Police arrested two suspects and recovered 10 liters of liquor during ongoing operations against drug peddlers in Sadr Sarai Alamgir,officials said on Friday.

According to details,the action was taken on the directives of District Police Officer (DPO),Rana Umar Farooq under the supervision of DSP Sarai Alamgir Circle Mumtaz Ahmed Maken.

SHO Saddar Sarai Alamgir Aftab Rasool,along with his team, conducted raids at different locations and arrested two accused identified as Naveed Arshad and Muhammad Khan.

Police said five liters of liquor were recovered from each suspect,adding that separate cases have been registered.
