Two drug peddlers held

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Mar, 2026) Police arrested two notorious drug traffickers and recovered liquor from their possession in the area of Raza Abad police station on Tuesday.

Police spokesman said that acting on the directives of City Police Officer (CPO) Sahibzada Bilal Umar, Sub Inspector (SI) Muhammad Ilyas of DIB NIA carried out a targeted operation and apprehended two drug pushers identified as Muhammad Sadiq and Shabbir red handed while pushing narcotics.

Police recovered 249 liter liquor from their possession.

Further investigation was underway.
