Two motorcyclists killed

BUREWALA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Apr, 2026) Two motorcyclists lost their lives after a collision with a mazda truck here near 20 Pul Channu Road on Sunday.

According to rescue officials, the incident occurred when a speeding Mazda truck reportedly suffered brake failure, causing the driver to lose control.The truck rammed into the motorcycle from behind, fatally injuring both riders.

Rescue 1122 teams promptly arrived at the scene and shifted the deceased bodies to a nearby hospital. The victims were identified as 30-year-old Muhammad Akbar, son of Muhammad Yousaf, and 38-year-old Asghar Ali, son of Zulfiqar Ahmed, both residents of 20/WB.

Rescue 1122 said that the truck driver fled the scene immediately.

Police concerned reached the spot and launched an investigation.
