Two women die, six injured in Harichand road mishap

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Apr, 2026) At least two women lost their lives and six others were seriously injured in a traffic accident in Harichand, an area of Tehsil Tangi in Charsadda district on Sunday.

Police said, the accident happened when a Qingqi rickshaw overturned due to over speeding.

The victims reportedly belonged to the same family.

The injured, including the driver of the rickshaw were shifted to a nearby hospital in Jamal Abad for medical treatment.

Police confirmed that all the deceased and injured were members of a single family, making the incident even more tragic.

Further investigation into the accident was underway.
