Asim Munir on Monday said that United Arab Emirates (UAE) was still a land of opportunities because of its investment-friendly atmosphere, unique architectural design and safety coupled with

minimum government interference.

In a press statement, he said that temporary disruption in economic activities caused by

current global events/wars had failed to dent its deep-rooted real estate sector and recreational

attractions that were well supported by global linkages and "unshakable trust" in its trade,

hospitality, tourism and economic might.

He appreciated Dr. Bakheet Ateeq, Remeithi, UAE Consul General to Karachi who was

making sincere efforts to further strengthen the partnership between Pakistan and UAE

through professional, academic and genuine goodwill towards Pakistani entrepreneurs

and traders.

"It is also a big job market for Pakistani workers who are contributing their productive role

in the development of the UAE", he said and added that UAE remains a trusted partner

and its commitment to strengthen business ties with Pakistan continues to grow stronger
